Hotel Policies
RATES:
Rates assume double occupancy and are per room, per night plus 10% Vermont State Tax
HOTEL FEES:
A $15 (+ applicable taxes) per night resort fee will be charged to your room. There is also a $3.50 (+ applicable taxes) per night destination/marketing fee that will be charged to your room.
ARRIVAL GUARANTEE:
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit or debit card.
UNDER 21 POLICY:
CHECK-INÂ / CHECK-OUT TIME:
Any time after 3pm / Anytime before 11am
Please let us know if you expect to check-in later than 11pm. Reservation not checked in by 12 midnight will be cancelled and are subjuct to a 1 night no-show fee.
OCCUPANCY:
Rates are based on 2 adults. Children are free when accompanied by an adult. Additional charges apply for cots, cribs and additional adults. Maximum occupancy per room is 4. Connecting rooms are available for larger families.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Reservation may be canceled or modified free of charge until 3:00 PM ET 3 days before arrival. Cancellations after this time will be charged the full amount of the stay including taxes and fees.
PETS:
Stoweflake Mountain Resort is a pet friendly hotel. Our pet fee is $40 per pet per night. Maximum of 2 dogs per room. Cats are not allowed.
SMOKING POLICY:
All of our guest rooms are Non Smoking. $350 cleaning fee will be charged to guests who choose to smoke in their room.
PAYMENT POLICY:
A valid Credit must be present at check-in. $50 Inclidental hold will be added to the total due at check-in. Incidental will be returned if no additional charges are added to your stay.
