ATRIUM

The sun drenched Atrium comfortably accommodates mid-sized groups, ideal for receptions, intimate banquets or breakout groups. It’s cathedral style ceiling and 1,880 square feet of floor space give this room a larger than life feeling. Conveniently located across from the Stowe room the Atrium is perfect for buffet style lunch breaks or as a gateway to Stowflake’s 7,000 square foot outdoor Atrium Lawn.

ATRIUM LAWN

This 10,000 square foot courtyard is complete with fountains, English style gardens, along with a meditative labyrinth is the perfect backdrop for your reception, meal or event.

THE BEATRICE

The intimate Beatrice room, with ample natural light, is ideal for moderate sized groups or as a side room to the Stowe room. This rooms convenient location allows for it to easily be used alongside the Stowe room the Atrium, or the Gallery.

BUSINESS CENTER

This small side room, accompanying the Stuart room and the Mansfield room, is perfect as an executive office or as a board room for up to 10 people. It also serves as a business center with computers and a copy machine.

COLLINS

The Collins room, conveniently located directly outside of our premier Pinnacle Ballroom, can be used for exhibitor space, your buffet stations, receptions, and breakouts.

EXECUTIVE BOARD ROOM

Our most luxurious and intimate room provides ample space for a board meeting of up to 25 people. With our custom made board room table, high-end look and feel, tableside fireplace, each and every one of your attendees will be blown away by this magnificent space.

GALLERY

This 640 square foot Gallery is an ideal location for your group’s registration area. Conveniently located near our conference entrance this space will allow you to greet your attendees upon arrival.

GREEN MOUNTAIN

The Green Mountain room, with over 1,400 square feet of space, can be divided to become two individual rooms or used for one general session.

MANSFIELD

The Mansfield room is a midsized room strategically positioned for added privacy. *Please see website diagrams for various seating and setup options.

PINNACLE

The showpiece of the conference center is the 4,500 square foot Pinnacle Room. This magnificent ballroom can comfortably accommodate 495 participants theater-style or 400 in banquet configuration. With its 13-foot ceilings and elegant fixtures, the Pinnacle Room provides an impressive ambiance for corporate functions, sumptuous banquets, award ceremonies, and boardroom presentations. This flexible space easily segments into three salon-style spaces for conferences, corporate meetings, association programs, seminars, business retreats and special occasions. Expansive windows flood the space with natural light and provide garden views.

SPA POOLSIDE CAFE

Take a meeting or event outside to enjoy lunch and beverages poolside.

STERLING

The Sterling, directly outside of the Green Mountain Ballroom and Executive Boardroom, provides a convenient break location for up to 100 people.

STOWE

The 2,580 square foot Stowe Ballroom, a forever favorite, can be easily divided into Stowe North and Stowe South. Together the two create a large room that is perfectly accompanied by the Atrium, which can be found directly across the hallway. Together, these two rooms make for a wonderful pair.

STUART

The Stuart Room provides the perfect setting for a small gathering or meeting. With just over 700 square feet of space, this room can be organized in a variety of ways to meet your needs.
